Lt. Trevino is a 20-year veteran of The Galveston Police Department, and a TCLEOSE certified Law Enforcement Instructor.
Additionally, Lt. Trevino has attended and graduated from the FBI - Leadership and Command College, and is currently a nominee for attendance to The FBI National Academy.

One of the primary objectives of the Galveston Police Department is the removal of narcotics and the individuals who distribute them in our community. We gather intelligence information in cooperation with other law enforcement agencies, however our most accurate and reliable source of information comes from you, the "concerned citizen".
Geography has a major influence on crime. The features and characteristics of cityscapes and rural landscapes can make it easier or more difficult for crime to occur. Combining geographic data with police report data and then displaying the information on a map is an effective way to analyze where, how and why crime occurs.
An abandoned vehicle is classed as a vehicle that is not stolen, has no registered keeper, and has been left on a public roadway. Abandoned vehicles can lead to multiple quality of life issues and should be reported as soon as possible.
