One of The Galveston Police Departments primary objectives is to remove illegal drugs from the City of Galveston and to arrest and prosecute the individuals responsible for their being here.

Our investigators act on information received from other agencies such as the United States Drug Enforcement Agency and other law enforcement agencies to initiate and assist in on-going investigations.

However the most effective weapon is the information received from you, "Concerned Citizens", who observe and report illegal activities in your nieghborhoods.

If you have information relating to illicit drug use and distribution, we urge you to report it.
