The Galveston Police Department will strive to prevent crime, improve quality of life, and ensure freedoms by the preservation of trust, integrated communication, and the development of collaborative partnerships with our community and our guests.

This mission will be accomplished by upholding the highest standard of professionalism and integrity to develop a mutual respect among ourselves and the entire community of Galveston.
